Now Search Email With #Hashtags
Enterprise email solution provider Data Xgen Technologies said that it is currently testing a hashtag feature on its email service, the first time that hashtags were being inserted in emails.
The company said it had completed a soft launch of the same on its email service, XgenPlus & Datamail Webmail.
Ajay Data, CEO, Data Xgen said,
The company claimed that this was the first time that hashtags had been successfully inserted in emails to make content more searchable.
Adding #hashtags further enhances the ‘search capability’ in an email enabling searching and grouping more convenient, faster and efficient. #Hashtags can be added by both sender or the e-mail user for the incoming emails” said Data.
Set up in 2010, XgenPlus is the world's first linguistic email server and currently has over 25 million users. The company presently has over 25 million users.
The company currently provides email addresses in 15 Indian languages & International languages along with Chinese, Thai, Arabic, and Cyrillic, among others.

Now a similar concept has been introduced in XgenPlus powered by Xgenplus, where you can tag any information on any email and a particular tag name can be used to retrieve all the emails irrespective of the sender or subject.
